Claims Beyond the 7-Day Window
Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist with any claims for lost or missing shipments if the issue is reported after 7 days from the delivery date.

How to Report a Lost or Missing Shipment
If your shipment has not arrived or is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us at b2b@loyalwestwholesale.com immediately with your order details and tracking number.
We will work with our logistics partner to investigate the situation.
We collaborate with our logistics partner, who will open the cases and conduct an investigation. If the shipment is located, they will proceed with delivery. If the shipment is lost, we will provide a resolution to address the situation.
